Cite, LLC is a Birmingham-based court reporting service.
Its clients are always-busy litigators and their support staffers — who routinely need mountains moved, on short notice.
That said, the best way to build a successful court reporting business is to attract great court reporters — mostly women who are independent contractors, and rightly expect a lot of support (professional and personal) from their companies.
Which is why Cite’s startup branding had to speak equally effectively to prospective clients and the individuals they hope to attract in building their business.
