While others stare into a blank screen and see nothing more than flickering cathode rays, Traci imagines colors and patterns arranged into crisp, elaborate layouts. Some call it a gift bordering on visionary. Traci calls it a good way to fund her habit.

In addition to being a rapacious CD consumer (yes, there are still people under 30 who pay for their music), Traci manages the hep-cat tuneblog redblondehead.com. She’s designed posters for any number of nationally touring groups’ shows—including Wilco’s 2006 concert in Huntsville (which, hint, you can buy at the band’s website).

In her spare time, Traci’s the unofficial adjunct percussionist for Nashville’s slightly-off-center folk/pop sensations, the Lylas.
